When she started moaning and was holding on to the horse and moving back and forth and side to side and a couple coworkers she is friends with started murmuring to each other knowing what was going on and a couple others said audibly that she might be injured, I just kind of loudly said in a dead pan tone, "no need for her boyfriend tonight". She's a coalburner so I don't like her anyways.
Imagine if a man started rubbing his penis through his pants, and then visibly have an orgasm in a similar context. He'd be fired. But somehow she is the victim here. If you want to push this further you can claim that your coworker masturbating with a horse in front of everyone is sexual harassment. I mean, she literally engaged in an act of bestiality in front of everyone.
Yeah she is definitely acting like she was victimized while clearly enjoying it. Ridiculous.
By their own definition and their own sexual harassment policy, YOU were the victim of sexual harassment and instead of siding with the victim (you), they sided with the perpetrator. YOU were punished for asking the sexual harassment to stop. Sure, your request could have been phrased better, but not every victim is perfect. You should demand to be paid for the time you were suspended, the suspension stricken from your record, and a formal investigation into this woman's act of sexual harassment.
You have to approach this bullshit on their own terms and use their stupid policies against them.
Let me see if I can put something together.
