I called the Fish and Wildlife departments for six southeastern states, not one of them has a hunting season for sandhill cranes, and a few of them suggested they are protected.

Those of you suggesting they were delicious are either lying or breaking the law.

The Canadian goose is a resplendent creature that shouldn't be messed with.

You got a problem with Canadian gooses you got a problem with me, and I suggest you let that marinade for a bit...

Canada Geese are pests who took over large swaths of land because they were deemed to be in need of protection. Never mind that they weren't native to the US and were only stopping on their migratory paths south.

No amount of marinade will improve the flavor of Canada Geese.

It's not a Canadian goose. The correct name is Canada goose.

The great Canadian goose deserves respect as our most iconic representative and should replace the loon on the dollar coin.

Respect it all you want, but keep it in Mexico North.

Wish we could bub, but the Canadian goose doesn't recognize any authority other than their own.
