Yeah, I get it... The every man according to his character deal. Problem being that society has, over the past forty years, become collectivist. I don't have the luxury of looking into every man's heart when the intersectional mob is calling me a virus to be 'cured' I don't have the ability to extend every passing doubt to those who are peacefully protesting their way through my passenger front window; grabbing at my wife. I don't have the security necessary to do that anymore. They have demanded collectivism at every turn. So I accept their conditions and have learned to view them through that lens. Being a strident individualist means exactly fuck-all in the face modern societal reality. The social contract is broken. Adaptation is required. Views must evolve to respond to what is, not what we would wish them to be. We are not doing that. We are doing the opposite of that. Think of Poal as a node. One tiny dot in a much larger communications network. A network independent of any one source. Our previous mistake is that we used burner emails, facebook, instagram, reddit...Whatsapp. Once we got deplatformed, shit got choppy. Things started devolving into hard cope type garbage, like we were going to pop back up, stronger than before. Operation Trust was in full effect. Certain chains and accounts starts diverging into all sorts of mindless nothing. The drops stopped being coordinated, and then they just stopped. And just like that, the autists, the bakers, the movers, all dropped off. And the networks died because all that remained were the bullshitters. We were so new at memetics and information warfare we didn't know better. Honestly, we needed more time. Another year and we would have had it nailed. We lost a lot of inertia after the election. People jerking themselves off at what we helped accomplish. And then, within maybe eight months, ban after ban, groups shut down, chats deleted. Then nothing.
