I think they put them up either because they have to reveal thier plans before they implement them, as many crazy people believe, or because they are so arrogant that they want to be able to say after the fact that they were able to do it even with the plans out in the open. But thier plans failed. They were not able to convince enough people to take boosters every 6 months. Too many unvaxed people for thier plan to work. So they took it down in shame.
