If the external fetus is crying consider the possibility that the doctor may have misgendered on xer birth certificate upsetting xer. Never too early to start considering hormones and surgery.

If you suddenly feel overwhelmed, just remember that a fourth trimester abortion is a simple medical procedure, and tell the birthing person of your external fetus that you will fight to keep those Xtians hands off of his or her choice.

And please vax the external fetus now! That should just be the absolute law.
