For the last five months I have taken care of my father through stage iv colon cancer. I have no other family where i live. I have no access to emergency 911 nor ambulance service. My water has contaminants in it. The trash is not picked up by the city regularly. The nearest hospital is ~30 miles/minutes away. The chemo treatments are an all day affair at a hospital two hours away.

I am enrolled in my last semester of a degree program. I am graduating with a 4.0 while dealing with the above situation.

Man, I know what you're talking about. I'm luck because my old ones don't have any serious disease, they're just very old. But people who looks for old parents can understand what it is. You're doing the right thing, if this helps somehow. Keep your strength.

For the last month, I have been wavering in strength. I just have to keep pushing through all of it. Poal has helped immensely for laughs.
