I think I like them more than snow. Hard to say, never had to shovel lightning bugs… probably like a nice powdery snow with a hint of rave. Better off using the leaf blower. Both are better than mosquitoes, they should hang out. Lightning bugs in the snow would be cool.

There is a place in Tennessee where all the lightening bugs blink at the same time. They coordinate their blink with each other. I have not been there and experienced it myself. I would really like to, but the people that own that place charge you to see it. I can't remember how much they charge, I do remember that at the time I thought it was too much to pay after having to travel all the way there, so we have not been there.
