The constitution tells the government to fuck off. (((SCOTUS))) doesn't see it that way and has been illegitimate since 1865. When on the subject please remember this and stop using (((approved))) wordings. Use correct ones.

Human rights are an agreement between people. If some of those people stop respecting them, they cease to exist, in any manifest way. It's the same with the US Constitution -- it only has power for so long as the people of the United States give it power. Sure, rights are from God, but to realize those rights on earth is the job of men. It's the task of every generation to uphold those rights, and to remind the children of what they are and why they exist. One failed generation and the chain is broken.
