The constitution DOES NOT give you rights. It does n't tell the government to give you rights. The constitution acknowledges rights that exist irrespective of everything else.

The constitution tells the government to fuck off. (((SCOTUS))) doesn't see it that way and has been illegitimate since 1865. When on the subject please remember this and stop using (((approved))) wordings. Use correct ones.

The constitution exists as a warning towards the government.

Anyone who thinks the US Government exists to protect or give citizens anything is a fucking retard who deserves deportation.
