The constitution DOES NOT give you rights. It does n't tell the government to give you rights. The constitution acknowledges rights that exist irrespective of everything else.

The constitution tells the government to fuck off. (((SCOTUS))) doesn't see it that way and has been illegitimate since 1865. When on the subject please remember this and stop using (((approved))) wordings. Use correct ones.

99% of the government operates outside of it's charter through the interstate commerce clause.

The non-existent (((commerce clause))) was amended to irrelevancy by the 9th and 10th Amendments anyways, so...
