Fasting today until around 3.
I did the same. Ended up with a bacon cheeseburger and fries…. The longer I go on this healthy eating kick, the more difficult it is to put down some of the staples of my old diet. It sucks, but ultimately I think is a good thing.
Still on it! This morning was butter coffee then lunch: Riced cauliflower, butter, spices, avocado, shrimp burger. Hope you're feeling well, axe-man.
