Would be easier to just quit sweets and treats, because sugar is secretly added to a lot of things you wouldn't expect (bread, sauces, etc). Going zero sugar is kind of like going vegan: you're going to annoy people around you with your inconvenient special-needs diet. Not telling you it's a bad idea, just be aware of the full consequences

Im blessed to be able to eat pretty good produce. Don’t do much sauce at all. It’s amazing how much better GOOD produce tastes when you’re off the sugary stuff. And homemade bread made with finer grains! That becomes a treat like Ben and Gerry’s minus the awful politics.

It mostly only annoys fatties. They should be annoyed. My losing 60 lbs annoys the shit out of them because it takes away their excuses about not being able to do it, etc.
