I’ve been sick…got the covid (which has felt an awful lot like a flu), so went lazy and just did takeout yesterday. A French dip and fries. It was too many Carbs, a mistake I hope to learn from. Some habits die hard, though.
Take care of yourself. I had it a month ago. First day was fucking brutal. Then just shitty feeling, but my cardio is all wonky now.
In other news, keto strips say I’m in the zone. Feels good. It’s odd never craving food like usual.

Came home and the neighbors made me some lasagna because my family is out of town.
