If I break down and eat some candy or cookies or some such, I will admit to being a homo. Right here. You can then tell the world.

I know. Amazing.
So far, 20 hours without sugar.

You get me all wrong, friend.

I have absolute faith in mankind.

I don't have faith in the Universe, or God, or whatever anyone chooses to call it.

1 John 2:15-17 ESV / 1,189 helpful votes Do not love the world or the things in the world. If anyone loves the world, the love of the Father is not in him. For all that is in the world—the desires of the flesh and the desires of the eyes and pride in possessions—is not from the Father but is from the world. And the world is passing away along with its desires, but whoever does the will of God abides forever.

If memory serves, they've prayed for god's help during the final siege on their fortress, which I don't remember the name, they asked for water because they were running out of water

And when they ran out of water completely, they then finally decided to surrender, and once they did, it started to rain
