Take care of yourself. I had it a month ago. First day was fucking brutal. Then just shitty feeling, but my cardio is all wonky now.

Alive and well. Two runs and an hour at the gym yesterday.

Came home and the neighbors made me some lasagna because my family is out of town.

Fucking music to my ears.

I cheated a bit and ate a yogurt with lemon curd…. It was tasty,but I felt like shit afterwards. No point in it really; I also had a pressed juice - carrots, pineapple, tumeric, orange…that was delicious. So good, and I felt great afterwards. Good really is fuel; the quality of what you inject truly makes all the difference.
