Quitting sugar is amazing. It's been years since I quit sugar. I don't need sweets anymore. The taste of sugar makes me sick. I drink coffee or tea with milk instead of sugar, and this is enough. I am living like my ancestors. Highly recommend quitting sugar. You will start tasting the sweet in natural products and will never want sugar anymore.

Sugar is natural. So is hemlock and oleander. That doesn't make it good for you.

Exactly. But of course processed sugar, being the real evil and threat to health, is the main culprit.

But yeah, too much of a good thing...everything in moderation.

Sugar isn't more evil when separated from the plant fiber. It's still exactly the same thing. Drinking a glass of orange juice is no better than eating a candy bar.

Yeah, probably only in that it's rendered a more consumable form (processed, for example sodas, which of course drinking carbs is the worst way to consume them).

No, not much, but there are factors that would make it better, like it's natural, contains vitamins and nutrients. It's more of a whole food. Processed and concentrated renders things, otherwise, more so.
