I sent my niece and nephew a couple of big boxes of miscellaneous stuff I'd made and bought them over the past year. I went to the Ups store because I hate usps. The shipping was something like 189.76 so I handed the guy 2 100 dollar bills. It took him five solid minutes to get me the change. I almost asked if he wanted me to do it myself. I'm not exaggerating the time. He counted, recounted, put it in the drawer, took it back out, counted again and then couldn't even count it properly into my hand (had to attempt that twice and gave up halfway through the second time). I counted it after he handed it to me and was amazed it was correct.
I know young people can't read analog clocks but I was hoping they at least made them learn change before putting them in front of a register. I am sure he's going to say they only take cards to the next cash customer.
Your change was $10.24. Took me 3 seconds to do the math in my head.
And he had that part. He couldn't pull it out of the drawer correctly. It was sad and shocking.
