In my area I've been noticing that gas stations and convenience stores are skimming people's change when they pay cash. It's happened to me 3 times this week and I called the cashiers out on it. Today I almost lost 25 cents because the chick thought a nickel was a quarter. I've had assholes try to keep 1-3 cents at gas stations this week and one guy tried to give me some bullshit about not having to open the cash register until the next purchase - which I waited a few minutes for.

I don't know if it's my nigger area specifically, but I'm not dealing with this bullshit anymore.

If I stop to pick up a penny, say it takes 5 seconds. See it, move, bend down, get, stand up put in pocket.
Ok. I can pick up 12 pennies a minute. $7.20 an hour. How much do you make an hour? If it’s more that that you lose money by spending time to pick up the penny as long as you have some way to generate money from your efforts. I work for myself, my time is valuable.I leave the penny, I use that time to generate far more than a penny for the same time.

Some. Mom and pop usually, and not in ghettos typically. Good areas the things overflowing, bad areas people try to pay for their blunt with it.
