That's true. I have noticed some Americans say something similar to that, however. For instance, George Nori on Coast to Coast and others say 'at the top of the hour', which means at the beginning of the hour. So 'top of the morning' is just a greeting that you say when your are the start of the morning.

I have been doing this for a while, especially our elders.
I have also stopped speaking to all non whites for the last two years. My favourite situations are walking into the elevator and having non whites greet me and me just staring them down coldly and not saying a single word. And silently occupying the elevator space with them.
Note: for business transactions I deal with them the way you would deal with a foreign dignitary or a visitor. Because that is what they are.
It is really nice connecting with your own and disconnecting from guests.

One time years ago I was a teenager on the train, I was alone and maybe 10 other people were on. All of them colored except a small family of 3 who were White. I sat nearby them instinctively because I could tell they felt uncomfortable. Ironically a group of skinheads boarded at a stop and politely turned their music down and sat down and complimented the White family and then proceeded to kick all non White passengers off. It was just us for the remainder of the journey and it was very relaxing and calm.

Yeah I do this, but a few are liberals and when I say hi they literally look at me like I said fuck you and pulled my dick out, it is really insane how rude they are.
