Those who run a government never see themselves as tyrants. They only see tyranny in the government when it is run by someone else. This is why progressives only see conservatives as tyrants in government and vice-versa. In reality, any government that has bloated is size and capacity beyond acting only to preserve the Constitution is a tyrannical government. We have only ever known bloated tyrannical governments.
