You're totally wrong. Cops just want to get through their retirement and live on that fat pension. They do not take risks anymore. The the days where there were some guys who were going in there to help people and not be concerned about money or over. People are hired into the force by the people who are already in the force only if they believe that the goal is to get a pension preserve a pension and keep the pension like the guys that are still in the force waiting to retire. So they won't hire Young guns who are all about helping the people and doing all this stuff and don't think it should be a high paying job. Those people are excluded from hiring by the people who hire police now. Because they don't want to political division within their ranks. They want people who are going to support the union and work their pensions and know that they're only gold is to increase their pensions increase their monetary seizures so they can auction them and make more money for the force which will then increase their salary which of course then increases their pension. That's what it's all about. And unless you start changing the way cops are hard and you don't let cops be the determining factor in which cops or which applicants are hired it's not going to change.
And yes by the way I use a speech to text app so if the words don't make sense then sound them out.
