They made the F1-12 buttons require the Fn key, and the shit like volume and brightness adjustments are the primary function now. It used to be the other way around, as God intended. Now I have to press Fn + Mute to refresh my browser.

There really ought to be a "lock" key on any keyboard that has dual purpose F-keys.

The keyboard I use for my living room PC has no F-lock key, but it is the one keyboard in my life I actually use the mute/vol/brightness... stuff rather than the F1/F2/F3...

Every other PC in my life, those "helper keys" get in the way more than they help.
