I find myself often working hard to not be as angry as I feel most of the time. I haven't personally found any purchase or prize in anger but feel it constantly all the time just the same it seems.

No you can't control anything or even some and certainly not most things around you. Just cut off that 'news' spigot from time to time. Doing that is a life line.

I think that if either of us got a choice, we probably would've wanted to be absolutely perfect.

But here we are, trying to make the best of it.

A. Not an asshole from all evidence I’ve seen. B. Things that are perfect are unchanging and pointless to experience, I think. (Could be wrong) 5). Humility, is possibly the answer to emptiness and despair.
