I find myself often working hard to not be as angry as I feel most of the time. I haven't personally found any purchase or prize in anger but feel it constantly all the time just the same it seems.

No you can't control anything or even some and certainly not most things around you. Just cut off that 'news' spigot from time to time. Doing that is a life line.

Its a path I started down, because I used to be like you. I didn't want to be angry, but I am only truthfully, angry with me. I've no idea why you are really angry.
