There's not many things better than going barefoot through 3 or 4 inches of some kentucky bluegrass grass. It's amazing on the joints and the smell is incredible when cut.

Looks like you're from the land of spiders the size of cars and kangaroos. No idea what even kids of grass would grow there.

Maybe it's a cultural thing, but when you own land in the states (and you're white) you want to keep it up like anything else (family, fitness, vehicle, etc) and my property is plenty large for 4 large gardens (that keep me and the Mrs well fed throughout the year) and have plenty of space for a patio a deck, a small range, and even a little figure 8 track for the kids (now grandkids). Point being, you can have it all if you know how to get it and have the drive to get it done.
