Not quite but almost, and I chose a cheaper mower by all standards.

Idiotic hippie of the day right here.

So tired of these anti lawn cockmunching faggots.

Why do people like spending $500 a month on water, hours every weekend mowing and edging, and doing fertilizing, aeration, sprinkler repair and all that shit just to have green carpet in their yard? It seems like pure lunacy to me. I can pick up 1,000 round of 5.56 every month from what I save not having a lawn.

I enjoy mowing and edging. I fertilize once a year and lime every other year. That's it. I don't water the lawn unless there is an unusual drought in the middle of summer but well water is free.

Gardening on the other hand, the proposed replacement to a lawn, is fucking expensive. Stupid fucking techno hippies on the internet who've never grown a fucking thing in their life tout it as the answer to "wasteful" lawns.

Truth be told, grass has a purpose. Erosion control. It is the most inexpensive option for this purpose.

I've gardened a 1 acre plot before. It's a serious time and money sink. Just amending the soil is more expensive than a lawn. Then all the labor?

It's unrealistic and it pisses me off when these tree hugging internet faggots bitch about lawns and tell people growing their own food instead of a lawn will "save money." It fucking won't.

You sound like you're trying to convince yourself. I'm guessing you've never sold what you've grown. Or even eaten what you've grown? How do you think a small time farmer makes money off of the same amount of land that you claim grass would be the better option?

You're calling people tree hugging internet faggots because you couldn't do what people have done for thousands of years.

Seriously think about what you just wrote. You're seriously telling people that growing your own food isn't a sustainable option. GROWING YOUR OWN FOOD ISNT VIABLE.

"Just go buy it from Walmart, Goy. It's cheaper."

I just planted what grows here naturally. I don't have to water or do anything.
