Ive made 3 noise complaints against my neighbors. They pound bass at 3am in any given night. By law showed up every time. We had asked them to turn the bass off at least 3 times before calling in a complaint. All our requests were mostly ignored. First official noise complaint is a warning. (Fine by me, give them a chance) Once again, they didn't listen. Second time comes with a fine. Still wasnt enough. Third time finally got them to stfu. The fines increase for each subsequent complaint and they finally figured out all they needed to do was keep the bass down if they dont want to be bothered and keep the money they have. There are a instances where LE is useful and I give them credit for being readily available during early morning hours.
