Must be a small town. When I lived in an apartment and called in a noise complaint for an apartment on the other side of the wall playing nigger shit for a week straight non stop, I was told to go knock on their door. I lost all respect that day.
Maybe a month later, I pulled up to my apartment surrounded by caution tape because there was a shooting. Now I never believe the true crime horseshit when they say "There was never an issue and no evidence of violence from this individual."

Hello? Police? Hi. I'm the guy who called earlier about the noisy neighbor. Yeah, about an hour ago. Well, I did what you said, but the resident brandished a firearm and pointed it at my face upon answering the door. Long story short, you should send an ambulance... wait, no scratch that... send whoever picks up dead bodies.
Same here, it would take the cops hours to respond to a noise complaint at 3 in the morning, as soon as the cops left they would crank it right back up. Nothing would make you want to shoot a place up more than them no allowing you to sleep cause they don't have to worry about getting up for work in the morning.
