Expect some hate responses. Sarcasm was too subtle. Happens to me all the time. Damn dry sense of humor.

Im air frying seasoned breasts and cutting them up into bite size pieces to take to work, not near as good as the steak pieces used to be.

Buy a whole cow. The price has gone up but its still under $4 a lb bought and processed atleast in the midwest it is. I have another one on order for june and my freezer is still full, fuck it ill buy another freezer if i have to! I was a boy scout so i like to be prepared.

You will need another freezer, thats alot of meat

I always split them up between like minded friends. I have an 18 cubic foot freezer totally full already, but i have another freezer thats running low so i should be good. It's also the best beef you'll ever have in your life!

Don't know your situation, but I got with 4 friends and bought a cow. Butchered and divided 4 ways with grinding included. Prices vary by region, but I got ours for $6.85 hanging weight. Cut out the processor and go directly to the rancher. Plenty of option advertising online.

How does your rancher work it so he doesn’t have to go through the (((USDA)))? (USDA actually poisons the meat)

Yesterday at our small town regional grocery store rib eye steak was 6.99 a pound. My theory is local cattlemen are thinning their herds early due to the high cost of feed.
