Why would you take vitamins ? I'd suggest changing your diet. Every vitamin you need is found in actual food or outside in the sunlight.

But yes you're right..it's very difficult (if not near impossible) to get actual 'heirloom" veggies/fruit (and heirloom really just means that the best that were passed down) Don't buy anything online. Try a farmers market or by getting to know a nearby farmer. Perhaps after a while they might sell you some.
