My wife couldn’t feed our first…. Kept getting mastitis. It got pretty bad a couple times…. Funny thing is, she is the healthiest of ask my kids.

For the rest, at a certain age, we started adding formula to the milk to make sure they were getting additional nutrients.

Anyway, sometimes the formula comes in handy….

I’ve also read about moms who exclusively use formula because they don’t want their boobs to change…so there is that side as well
