Let's say it was shocking in context. And hilarious to everyone. It really loosened up the group. Extra chromosome = based.

So true.

I was at a liberal friend's house and she was going on about that. I said we aren't a democracy, we are a republic.

She said I was stupid and how could someone like me think that.

I asked her to recite the pledge of allegiance to me. Her eyes got real big when I joined her is says "and to the republic, for which it stands" ...

I realized at that point why they have removed it from the schools. Anyone younger than 20 may not have ever said it.
