This sudden abortion ban is really weird. There are really crazy things going on, like gay marriage, transfaggots, child grooming in schools, hormone blockers for children, including many other batshit crazy things, and no institutions care about what is going on. Instead of doing something to stop what is going on, they suddenly decide to ban abortions. This is not rational at all. I'm not sure why exactly they pulled up abortion ban from the hat, but I'm sure there is some hidden reason why they did it exactly now.

Because they are idiots, it's not a ban. It's not going to affect mid terms either, the left is freaking out because they think THEY won't be able to get abortions anymore. Once they realize they can still dump their whore mistakes off in their blue states and they can't get abortions in Oklahoma they won't give a shit. They act all high and mighty like they care about other people, but the real crux of abortion for most women is that it's a get out of jail free card if they are sluts and get pregnant.

your lack of comprehension and analysis of a situation is disturbing.

a court case sets precedent. laws are laws. roe v wade was not a law. it set the precedent that women could get abortions in the united states. that's being overturned, so the issue goes back to the states.

do you think abortion is going to get banned in california? okay, then abortion is not getting banned across the united states because of the repealing of roe v wade.

Because SCOTUS decided that Roe v Wade has zero legal sense, which is true, and has been broadly known in the legal community for half a century.

But isn't it odd that the Court didn't come to this opinion in the decades since Roe vs. Wade occurred? Why suddenly now?

Political motivation to rally voters. The only "race to the middle" topics right now are things like CRT in schools and tranny's in sports and little girls bathrooms. The powers that be have found that it is not enough to rally their base so they needed something that would get media headlines and get "normal' people involved.

This is going to be.. interesting.
