Pro tip : if you're going to buy a binoculars buy 10 by 50 binoculars. Don't get the small cool looking ones. Don't get the regular 7x35. Get 10x50. The difference is dramatic. You'll see actual craters on the moon. You'll see the definition of feathers on a bird. You'll see everything much more clearly than your eyes can originally see. Not just closer. Not just zoomed in. You'll see much higher resolution and it makes all the difference

And don't worry about getting a quote good pair unquote. Or a reputable name. And never choose a reputable name of seven by 35 over an unnamed 10x50. Always buy the 10x50. Hell you can buy 10x50 binoculars now for 25 and 35 and $39. Always get those. Never get a high priced brand of 7x35 or some spy looking tiny little binoculars with lenses the size of your fingertip. They won't let you see much they won't do what you buy binoculars for. Just by 10 by 50 even if you have to buy the cheapest ones they make. They'll still be better than anything that is 7x35 or 20x20 or anything else

I got these recently: Bushnell Fusion X 10x42mm Rangefinder Binoculars. They are awesome. I find that x 50 is just too big at the ends. Also, I think it is worth the money to get the good ones, cheap nocks suck. I'm not into 4 thousand dollar Swarovskis or anything, but a few hundred dollar pair is well worth the money.

I agree, cheapos you get shitty optics. Few hundred bucks, way better quality and the coatings help dramatically.
