Not vaxxed. Eat home cooked food. Get fresh air, live in the country. Yet my family keeps getting sick. Like a cold every 3 months. Kids have bad coughs and sore throats. Taking zinc and what not just so puzzled by the constant sickness. We go out. Don't mask up still interact with friends and family. Just seems like we are getting sick a lot more often.

Neti pots are dangerous. They can introduce infection into the sinuses if the water used is not sterile. In one case, a brain-eating amoeba was put into someone's brain by a neti pot.
