Reality of having kids. They go out and pick it up, then bring it all home. Seriously. I think you have nothing to worry about.
You should check your bloodline for jewnetics.
Take vitamin D, don't eat shitty food (sugar, processed foods, seed oils) or drink alcohol.
Got lots of planes flying overhead leaving those nice liquid looking dripping white clouds behind them that lasts for hours?
Because of the measures taken during the plandemic now everyone's immune system is all fucked up. That's my theory anyway.
I used to live in a house with literal dog shit covering the floors (joys of living with a recently single alcoholic mom) and I never got sick. I ate roadkill once, and mom would leave leftovers out overnight. I ate it, because poor and gotta eat. Definitely don't recommend it, but it got me thinking. I had to have been exposed to so much filth my immune system was hardened as fuck.
I get sick every few months now too, as do my wife and kids. I don't live in dog shit and eat questionable food anymore.
I was reading up month ago on supplements like zinc and if you take to much zinc it lowers your immune system like to much iron causes weakness. Just eat right and eat food high in zinc not a supplement.
To be fair, we are just reaching the end of cold and flu season. It could just be a bad year and the kids brought something home from school more than previous years.
Or, it could be that the parents of other kids are less likely to keep them out over a sniffle because they are afraid of having to miss work while jumping through covid hoops, so they bring more small colds to school.
One of kids jobs is to get sick...so their immune system works.
Have your house tested for mold, mildew, and...other shit that can be tested for. Test the water too.

I have had a chest cold or sinus infection for the past 2 weeks almost it's driving me mad.
Try a neti pot, it can work wonders https://www.mayoclinic.org/diseases-conditions/common-cold/expert-answers/neti-pot/faq-20058305
I may sound like a bitch but I just don't see myself doing that.
Depends how frustrated you are.
Neti pots are dangerous. They can introduce infection into the sinuses if the water used is not sterile. In one case, a brain-eating amoeba was put into someone's brain by a neti pot.
But billions of streetshitters can't be wrong!
