Degenerates have gender dysphoria and lack of disgust. Because of this they can have sexual intercourse with any being, or even inanimate objects.

They are spiteful mutants. Modern civilization allows those with genetic aberrations to survive. When too much genetic mutation has accumulated, then nature kicks them out of the gene pool by making them paraphiliacs who do not engage in sexual activity that leads to reproduction. They know this and hate everything wholesome and healthy because they are broken discarded things cast aside from the stream of life.
