Been looking myself. Prices are absolutely in fucking sane around here . Just for a condo thats like 1100 sft. they're asking 225k +

Houses that aren't in a nigger or spic filled area are 250-300k , and need at least 50k in upgrades. Fucking nuts , no inventory either

I hear ya. Being a bit of a contractor myself, I can see maybe breaking even on a resale after the market comes to its senses, but as is… shits nuts.
