Smoking with Royal Oak hardwood lump as primary fuel with some cherry to be added periodically for flavor. Plan's to go 200-240 for four hours, two hours exposed and two wrapped. Ribs are rubbed down with Guga's Rub (Look him up on YT if curious).

Wife and kids are doing potatoes au gratin and some deviled eggs as sides. We're going to be eating like royalty tonight.

KC Masterpiece is the best brand name BBQ sauce. I smother chicken, sliced sausage and ribs with that shit. Damn good.

We're just gonna do some garlic butter and worcestershire in the wrap and call it a day. Not a huge fan of BBQ sauce to begin with, and the ribs are going to have plenty of flavor with the rub anyway.

I prefer Famous Daves bbq sauce

My wife uses this rub on all the pork and chicken we smoke. It's the best one we've ever had. Give it a try. Super easy to make and way cheaper making it yourself.
