Have you tried carnivore for your UC?
Thanks I will look at these!
Yes I've got a diet that I figured out after 5 years of on/off testing and eventually found pretty much an all meat diet is best.
No sugar. No fruits. No nuts.
Lemon is basically the only exception to the fruits (and still in very small amounts). And I believe walnuts and pecans are the exception to no nuts. For vegetables no potatoes or carrots. For meats no pork.
Scallops are by far the best food but expensive. Raw milk is the only thing that has a chance, and yes if it happens to be a good "brand" then it's 100% ok. Same goes with cheese, extremely hard to find though.
Bread is america is basically impossible, however flour itself technically isn't bad. It's just almost literally impossible to get it good in america. Getting healthy rice or rice flour is much easier to get.
I can't eat just meats. I either have to eat something flour or rice based daily. Otherwise it's basically literally just steaks and seafood normally.
Water / liquids is actually the greatest "agitator". If I had to suggestion something to people colitis, I'd say elimiate sugar ONE HUNDRED percent from your diet, including from honey and fruits, and RO / Distill or well water your water and you've already got more than half the foundation for serious healing through diet.
Interesting - why can't you just eat meat?
Also, having been around a bit, I highly recommend Chuck Roast. It is usually cost effective and it is amazing in flavor and tenderness.
I basically starve if I don't eat wheat or rice. Same thing happens with just vegetables. I will starve no matter how much I eat.
Chuck Roast sounds excellent thanks! Also sounds really easy which is helpful.
