The things they have listed here even a normal 2 year old could do. 4 year olds are known for doing things like playing violins and driving dirt bikes, skate boarding with tricks etc. 3 year olds are often nearly straight up being people emotionally, cognitively / verbally, interactively and conversationally.

The CDC is a criminal organization.

Also I looked up the ORIGINAL sesame street videos. Oh my god these are works of genius. They are basically genuinely designed to teach a child and loaded with seriously good original music. The videos are basically "musicals".

Interesting the original sesame street videos were basically all black casted (one super jew and one white who was probably jewish too). My guess is they were genuine videos targeted at teaching / raising black kids in the very best way a day show possibly ever could.

One thing about the original sesame street videos, it appears episodes less than ~1200 are basically completely and utterly lost. There is only like 13 available. They also come with a "modern" warning not to show to kids anymore.

When I was 4 I was playing drums in a band playing out at bars and talent shows and wherever would book us

I was also reading by kindergarten age. I remembered being frustrated that my mom wouldn't spend all day reading to me so I made her read Hop on Pop every night until I had it memorized. I then matched the words with what I had memorized and figured it out.

I was also knitting at that age.

I don't know why anyone would listen any government organization about children at this point. Just parent your kids yourself. I remember by parents having some book by Dr Spock and when I was older asked my mom about it. She said she read it and disregarded a lot of it. She said if I was crying it meant there was something wrong. She wasn't going to lock me in a room and ignore me. My dad (not a good parent) mostly used the book for hitting the dog.

It's up to parents to decide what is right for their kids. It's heartbreaking to see the feral children around my apartment complex. They literally speak half in grunts.
