Had a coworker miss work today... Honestly can't blame them whatever reason they have this place can be very toxic at times. Or maybe was no reason and they just felt like enjoying the nice weather outside. Either way here's wanting to believe their day is going better than mine.

My coworkers miss all the time. We started a seven day schedule 3 months ago and they’ve not made it in for the 7 days a single week yet. Short handed every week
