Used to jog a few miles with my dog every evening, weather permitting. Then, I broke bones in my foot, had a cast and crutches and everything, couldn't walk for 6 months. Did upper body exercises while I was off my feet, and now that I'm mobile again doggo and I are building back up by walking a little further each day. Will be running again asap!
Go slow brother , if your feet are fucked you are fucked , as you well know. May I suggest a quality collagen supplement, helps repair , maintain bone tissue, hair , skin etc.
