Yeah... a lot of people have trouble doing that first step... taking that first conscious movement and so it is good to break your routine down into the smallest possible steps in order to know and Visualize what comes next.
That's why that first effort to just turn off the screen, stand up and start moving around... maybe with some cleaning... maybe walk outside... whatever.
That where most people fail... that first step. Turn it off. Stand up. Start moving.
I remember reading a study about people over a certain bmi. It basically said that they walk only from one seat to another.
Walking is like the easiest and best thing one can do for themselves consistently. Low impact on joints, no need to take a day off for recovery, can go for quite some distance, etc.
Oh for sure.
What I read was that fattie gets up makes food and sits. Then goes to work at a job and sits (or minimal movement), after work sitting in the car, then sitting at home. They aren't walking anywhere except to a new place to sit.
