I remember reading a study about people over a certain bmi. It basically said that they walk only from one seat to another.
Walking is like the easiest and best thing one can do for themselves consistently. Low impact on joints, no need to take a day off for recovery, can go for quite some distance, etc.
Oh for sure.
What I read was that fattie gets up makes food and sits. Then goes to work at a job and sits (or minimal movement), after work sitting in the car, then sitting at home. They aren't walking anywhere except to a new place to sit.
