Doing door to door sales in a wealthy neighborhood I encountered one wealthy guy who seemed dumber than shit. Honestly I was really puzzled as he seemed quite dense. Most wealthy people were cordial and articulate. Remember that attorney with the curly hair? The one with the daily TV ads, "I'll fight for you!" . I met him at his house while he had a party going on. Pot smoke was coming out the door and he seemed a bit high but I got the sale. He was really nice to my four year old daughter and let her look at the moon through his telescope but my daughter seemed unimpressed. While walking away I asked my daughter if she liked seeing the moon that way. She told me angrily it was fake 'cause the moon isn't that big. I tried explaining how a telescope works but she wasn't convinced and I owed her a dollar for helping me get the sale.
