CIA is going with the civil war narrative, because they think it's necessary and believe they can manage how it unfolds. This despite the distraction of ukraine and the 'ww3' narrative. Doesn't seem likely does it? But thats what they're going for. All previous talk of civil war was a bluff by the regime, because they were scared it would turn into exactly that. But now that russia called their bluff in ukraine, the u.s. regime has become unhinged. They won't fight a war they think they can't win (ukraine), which is why they're resorting to providing weapons to azov et al. However, the junta in the u.s. is just unhinged and arrogant enough, to believe it can control the development and outcome of a limited civil war here in the u.s. Thats their plan according to the chatter. Russia called their bluff internationally, so now *domestically* they've *stopped* bluffing. Anything is in the cards, including the use of *real* biological weapons on u.s. citizens, false flags on our infrastructure, and internment camps, where prior those were (mostly) conspiracies and bluffs spread by the state.
