I will then implement a new presidential/congress/senate voting system that works as a lottery. All natural born citizens of the u.s. With an IQ over 115 go into the lottery. This will ensure minimum corruption, and inspire all of us to bring up the young generations with higher morals and standards.

All drugs become legal, those who elect themselves to consume recreational, non-natural occuring drugs get enlisted into a work program where they live on campus and work in manufacturing. These citizens can quit their drugs and re enter society after 1 full year of sobriety on campus. These citizens voluntarily suspend their firearms rights while living on campus.

All senators, congress, judges, and other non labor intensive government/tax paid employees make minimum wage only when clocked in doing their government work, pay no taxes, recommended to have a second job. Plus term limits end when president term limit ends.

There will be a fraud detection agency added to each government department on every level, fraud agent gets a bonus of 10% of the fraud they discover, on top of their minimum wage while on duty.

Any govt employee caught committing fraud will be sentenced to 10 years mandatory labor campus housing.

Grass lawn will be encouraged to be converted to gardens, though not required. Citizens who garden can sell their produce tax free.

Let's run. Solid plan will take lots of work. Already currupt politicans should exhiled or killed per crimes. Never aloud reentry. Big bonus for border security. No more high payed actors or sports players they will get average pay. Trade workers are far more valuable then niggers and others playing acting with them. Sustain off are own engery. Banks/bankers. The practice of keeping someones assets safe is obviously a huge convenience. Though, instead of allowing a bank to lend money that isn't theirs to collect interest as their means of making money, anyone with money or assets being held for them should simply have to pay a convenience fee. A bank may still keep the practice of lending their profits, and individual contracts must be drawn and agreed upon if the bank is to lend out your money. Each client of the bank will have the opportunity to negotiate how they want to be compensated for participating in lending out their money. This would not interrupt the loan process, but t would take a lot of power and corruption from the individual bankers.

Borders, I personally think imaginary lines are stupid. Though I cannot deny their importance, not much would change. Complete the wall, border patrol officers have the right to engage trespassers with deadly force, owners of private property near or in the border are allowed to form militias, not allowed to use deadly force unless destruction of property is witnessed, or can work hand in hand with border patrol officers and let them do the dirty work. Every death will result in a court marshal investigation to ensure no wrongful death occurs and to evaluate the mental health if the officer. Death and murder are no joke.

Run for local office first. Get a body cam, phone recorder and a live streaming web service. Broadcast your campaign live. State "complete governmental transparency" as your foundational platform. Give everyone your web address and tell them all business conducted during your time in office will be broadcast live over the internet. State that your first action in office will be to propose legislation to force all elected officials to have to do the same. If politicians don't want to be scrutinized by the people they represent, then don't run for office.

Any afro American who can prove their ancestors were captured or some into slave labor and wants reparations will receive them in the form of a free college program to learn how to farm, learn the language of their ancestral home, and potentially stabilize a third world country, then be gifted a one way ticket to their ancestral home. There is a opportunity to create a better world here and decrease the demand of other nations to carry Africa.

All welfare recipients must do some kind of government computer work for x hours a day to receive their checks or may enlist in a drug free labor campus, or the may choose to go to a drug campus. Up to them. No more free hand outs, but for those who truly have a difficult time working for any medial or physical reason can spend time teaching children to read in libraries, if they can do math there will be tutor programs set up, and so on. Nobody has the right to make money and not work unless they earned it.

Pretty ambitious , sounds expensive. I was thinking a one time cash payment of say , 100k , and plane ticket to Liberia , or whichever African country they choose. Properly managed , I feel your idea could work well though.
