The entire political machine is hopelessly corrupted and is nothing but the illusion of a choice meant to pacify us into inaction. I know that a lot of people intend to 'change it from the inside' and I wish you luck... but the fact that you donate to PACs means you are still feeding the beast. Best of luck but my assumption is that you are just being drawn in to a purposely hopeless cause that is crafted to absorb your efforts and energy while not changing a single thing.

I've heard this multiple times from old timers. They've lost faith in the system. I know they are right. But I'm going to try while I'm young. At least until I burn out.
Also, I participate in two PACs, not donate. I am the 'PAC." Make sense? Myself and dozens or hundreds of others participate in these PACs. We lobby, write letters, send e-mails, organize events, etc. I have a "cute" t-shirt from the charity event we did last year, for example. Not all PACs are about transferring money.
