It's set. She'll be let go in mid May, using up her leave, and officially discharged the last day of June. (All unvaxxed have to be out by July 1st) That puts her 11 months before her 20 years.... no pension. It's all legit, and attorney has suggested we don't throw good money away (which is about to be tight) to pursue a better outcome.

Doubt it. Several of my coworkers felt like utter shit when they got the first shot, and much worse when they got the second. As in, their body was aching and they had physical exhaustion. Most didn't show symptoms or at least didn't complain about them, some felt like shit, and some looked like they were hit by a train.
